Yes, the greatest factor about fat grafting to the breasts is that I can shape a breast. That includes equalizing asymmetries and different shapes in the breast. Breasts are never perfectly symmetric, but fat grafting can make them much more symmetric.

Gigi,
You sound like an excellent candidate for coverage of your implant with structural fat grafting. The fat can be placed around the implant or even into the muscle in the latissimus dorsi flap. Hi Dr. Coleman,
I had a left breast mastectomy with latissmus dorsi reconstruction in 02/08. My Mentor implant looks awful; it is wrinkled and dimpled. Please let me know if I’m a candidate for fat transplant to this area. I have plenty (Ha!) of fat in my belly for this procedure.

Your nipple eversion is most likely a result of the internal scarring your breast now has after removal of your breast implants. Structural fat grafting has been found to not only to increase your breast size and improve your breast shape, but also to soften or even eliminate scarring. Hi Dr Coleman.
Was wondering if that is something that can be done. Here is my story! I had my silicone breast implants removed about 5 yrs ago, they were as hard as rock, and ruptured.
But what happened is that my nipples are now inverted. What can be done to rectify this problem? Would liposuction fat transfer rectify this problem? I am even less than 34B right now.
