If you cannot see the problem clearly on the photograph, it is unlikely that you will see a significant change in the photographs afterwards. After mapping out the areas of needed correction and the potential donor sites, a plan can be formulated to restore the areas with structural fat grafting. This should be done with great thought since you do not want to waste the remaining donor sites (collections of fat).
