Buttock enlargement with fat grafting consists of two fairly large, time-consuming procedures: harvesting of the fat and meticulous placement and sculpting of the fat into the buttock. Therefore, it is a relatively costly procedure.
Depending upon what you desire in the change, male buttock enlargement would start at $15,000 and could go to $25,000 or higher.
